Koenigsegg CC Special coming to SPEED
Channel
Marietta, GA:Mackey Marketing
Group and Chet Burk Productions are pleased to
announce that pre-production work has commenced on a
television program documenting the history and the
performance capabilities of the Swedish made Koenigsegg
CC supercar. The special presentation is planned
for broadcast in 2006 on SPEED Channel.
Recently, the Koenigsegg CCR
version of the supercar set worldwide headlines when
it achieved the milestone of the fastest
production car in the world with a speed of
387.87 km/h besting the McLaren F1 supercars
previous record of 386.7 km/h. The Koenigsegg Company
believes that the final top speed of the CCR is
projected to be closer to 395 km/h when timed on a
longer straightaway.
The story behind
Koenigsegg is nearly as interesting as the car
itself, commented Brian Mackey, president of
Mackey Marketing Group. I am very pleased to be
a part of the production team that is bringing this
story to the broader U.S. audience. Many Americans
have learned of the car, now they will get the chance
to know the background on how this small Swedish
manufacturer has turned the supercar world upside
down!
Mackey Marketing Group and Chet
Burk Productions are co-producing the production.
