Group Adds Phil Wicks Driving Academy
Phil Wicks known
for his long association with Mini Racing
Mackey Marketing Group has
reached an agreement to serve as the marketing and
promotions agency for the Phil Wicks Driving Academy
(PWDA). The PWDA includes serveral different
performance and "civilian" driving schools
and Mackey Marketing Group will serve as the
principal marketing agent for all of them.

Phil Wicks Driving Academies
include the “Phil Wicks Ultimate MINI Driving
Academy presented by Mini Mania” that is
designed as a performance school designed
specifically for the BMW built MINI Cooper. This
school takes advantage of Wicks’ long experience
and association with the Mini dating back to his
early racing days in the 1960s driving works
supported Mini Coopers. In addition, Phil Wicks
established the Phil Wicks Safe Driving School, a
not-for-profit 501c3 organization, designed to help
teenaged drivers learn the requirements of modern day
driving. Finally, more recently, Wicks has been
working on adding development of a senior oriented
safe driving clinic to more closely examine the
challenges faced by the nation’s growing numbers
of senior drivers.
